Welcome to St. Tammany Outreach for the Prevention of Suicide
We offer prevention, intervention, and post-vention programs in hopes of creating a suicide-safer community, and eliminating the stigma that surrounds suicide. If you are having thoughts of suicide, have lost someone to suicide, are worried about someone, or have survived an attempt, we are here to help. We understand life can become overwhelming, difficult, and sometimes even scary, but it is important that you know you are not alone!
